Job Description:

Meralco, the leading electric distribution utility company in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities:1. Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution via phone, email, and chat.2. Provide accurate information about products and services, billing, and account management.3. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.4. Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Maintain a high level of adaptability to handle various customer scenarios effectively.

Requirements:1. Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.4. Demonstrated adaptability to handle challenging customer interactions.5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
