Customer Care Head

SALARY RANGE: 35k – 40k BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMJOB QUALIFICATIONS: · Graduate of Marketing Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or other relevant degree · At least 3-5 years' relevant work experience · Preferably from a Construction Company · Effective customer service and communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES: · Represent the company in meetings and conferences that require technical information, opinion or decision on project management. · Develop and recommend training program of the department designed to update, hone and improve competence and skill of the group. · Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. · Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
