Job Description:
MicroSourcing is looking for Customer Care Associate who will be part of an Australian company that caters to After School Care program.


Essential Job Function: Responding to calls, emails, chat and other social media inquiries from the client's customers Responsible for processing billing, booking, registration and government benefit inquiries Perform other duties assigned in support of the business Minimum Qualifications:
At least solid one year of customer service experience Good communication skills both written and oral Ability to work under pressure on peak workloads Willing to work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City Open for FIXED TERM of 4 months*
