MakatiRun campaigns targeted for Maintenance Recoveries Assist Customers who wants to reinstate maintenance that has previously been downgraded or canceled
Provide assistance to clients who want to negotiate annual maintenance and submit to Management for approval
Assist Sales, Collection and other Departments with any queries related to maintenance
Main Contact for our Ajera Perpetual Customers. Address and contact changes, follow up on payment, handle renewals in Sales Force etc.
Provide guidance (via phone or email) to Deltek clients with particular systems
Update, manage and close assigned cases in Oracle Service Cloud appropriately, escalate if necessary
Support global internal and external clients with issues and deliver excellent customer service
Work on data clean-up projects
Create renewal quotes on customer request
Complete downgrade, multiyear and reinstatement order forms according to company guidelines
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills oral and written EnglishAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to DetailsStrong reasoning and logic skills.Superb customer service skills.Successful history working in a team environmentAccounting experience, preferredWilling to work at night
