S/he is primary responsible for ensuring timely processing of order requests with less than 24-hour business day passing quality assurance and expected to participate in the business unit and team's key initiatives supporting business goals and objectives.WHAT YOUâLL DO:The Customer Account Representative II is expected to be hands-on and knowledgeable on business systems and products offered by the business. S/he is primary responsible for ensuring timely processing of order requests with less than 24-hour business day passing quality assurance and expected to participate in the business unit and team's key initiatives supporting business goals and objectives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Process/manage orders within 24 hours hitting quality assurance target at 90%- Escalate issues and or provide sound recommendation to the Revenue Operations Team Lead or Senior; should be able to provide and develop solution to problems- Be proactive in addressing concerns and opportunities for improvement- Serves as back-up according to business need and support coverage- Perform Ad hoc related tasks- Maintain working knowledge of standard legal agreements and required product terms in support of quote generation- Review orders for correct product information, pricing, and contract agreements- Promotes effective collaboration within team members- Ensure day to day due diligence is performanceREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:- Process/manage orders within 24 hours hitting quality assurance target at 90%- Escalate issues and or provide sound recommendation to the Revenue Operations Team Lead or Senior; should be able to provide and develop solution to problems- Be proactive in addressing concerns and opportunities for improvement- Serves as back-up according to business need and support coverage- Perform Ad hoc related tasks- Maintain working knowledge of standard legal agreements and required product terms in support of quote generation- Review orders for correct product information, pricing, and contract agreements- Promotes effective collaboration within team members- Ensure day to day due diligence is performancePREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:- Graduate or undergraduate of any AB or BS degree- Minimum of 2 years' experience in order/contract management- Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal)- Understanding of Real Page billing and services is preferred- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
