Custom Clearance Officer (Davao)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) NTC or other import permit application;
2) Communication and coordination with exporter about shipment, shipment tracking;
3) Import documents received and prepared. Communication and coordination with broker;
4) Abnormal import problem handling;
5) Import payment application and tracking;
6) Import documents management;
7) Other work arranged by supply chain manager.
Performance standard:
1) Timely rate of import;
2) Accuracy rate of shipment tracking report.
Requirements:
1) More than 2 years relevant experience;
2) Patience and Careful, skilled communication and coordination ability;
3) Bachelor degree or abrove;
4) Fluent in English.
