Responsibilities
Furnishing merchant statements

Investigation and computation of payment disputes

Updating of payment related changes e.g. bank account details

Following up with merchant on cause of payment failure

Experience & Skills RequiredRoutine work involving heavy use in Excel with understanding - Knowledge of basic vlookup, counts,

function and pivot table skill (No charts or Macro required)RequirementsAtleast 1 Year experience in BPO company

Comfortable with numbers and huge data

Able to spot errors and can respond to different situations

Able to work as a team

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 to Php18,000.00 /hourExperience:Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
