Job Description:
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level. Follow up on initial contacts. Take the customer through the sales process. Answer calls and respond to emails. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Gather customer information as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS. Day shift is also available.
