**We're looking for someone who can listen to customer service problems and then come up with a unique and creative solution for each one.****The ideal applicant for this position will have a solid understanding of the company's customer service procedures and be well-versed in product knowledge, which is crucial for providing clients with prompt and accurate help.****Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and attempting to develop a positive rapport with each caller is your responsibility.****Maintain product expertise and be informed of any changes in corporate policies by working with the management team.****By resolving issues and turning unhappy customers into repeat customers, you can help the company's bottom line.****Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when dealing with clients at all times****Work on-site in Meycauayan, Bulacan****Must be 18 years old or older****JHS/SHS, College level/Graduate****Preferably but not required: 1-year BPO experience in Tech or 1-year working experience in any Tech field.
