MakatiWe are looking for a CRM Manager to work with our luxury hospitality/accommodation clients to manage and execute their CRM needs. This position is relevant across multiple Mosed clients, at the direction of the Group CMO, and could expand beyond hospitality clients.
We are looking for a CRM Manager to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients, with a focus on generating repeat business.
In this role, you will coordinate with our Sales Director, our E-commerce Manager, and our Group CMO to boost customer engagement for our hospitality businesses, with specific initial focus on luxury accommodation. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with CRM methodology and KPI metrics. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns.
Ultimately, we want you to increase revenues and achieve business goals by playing your part in building customer-oriented company brands.
Core Responsibilities:
Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or similar CRM based role
Solid background in customer retention and reactivation strategies
Technical expertise with CRM and analytical methodologies
Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
An ability to manage projects end-to-end
Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
Degree in Marketing or relevant field
Expert proficiency in Database /Excel, and software such as Mail Chimp
Skills & Requirements
Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Specialized in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent
Demonstrated web development skills (e.g., through a portfolio of work, storyboards, technical diagrams, etc.)
Proficiency in object oriented programming and solid experience with all of the following languages: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, MySQL
Possesses an understanding of development operations best practices
Has strong Magento frontend and backend development experience
Is comfortable with MVC frameworks
Has familiarity with process flow-charting, wire frames, mock-ups, site maps
Love of learning, and ability to work with minimal supervision or training
Familiar with Amazon Web Services hosting, and general Magento hosting system administration,
Use Git for version control system
Work experience in Philippines.
