Position: Credit and Collection SpecialistMonthly Salary: 23,000~25,000Job description:In charge of preparation of billing statements/sales invoicesIn charge of collection of payments from customersFacilitates the receipting process and daily deposit of collectionsManaging and safekeeping of receivable portfolioSafekeeping of billing statement/sales invoice and official receipts/collection receiptsPrepare CWT per client or suppliers of goods and servicesPreparation of sales journal and cash receiptsTo provide support to general accounting and tax related mattersPerforms other related functions that may be assigned to by the managementGraduate of Accounting and Finance at least 3 years experience in Credit and CollectionAbility to handle confidential informationComputer literate with average MS Office applications skillsAbility to efficiently multitask administrative and ad hoc tasksWith effective communication skillsWith excellent organizational and time management skillsPreferably lives near Laguerta, Calamba, LagunaWilling to start ASAP
