SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Process customer payment and Collection Report• Encoding of payment details is SAP.• Identify payment deduction.• Compute deductions and categorize based on the type of deduction.• Create Daily Summary of Deductions.• Close customer balances in SAP.• Examine supporting documents.• Reconcile balances based on approved Credit Memo-Offset (CMO).• Close customer balances in SAP based on approved CMO.• Handles Bank Transfers, Bank Deposits and PDS.• Maintains filing systems for C&C documents for CR and DPS.• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by theimmediate head.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• Graduate of Business Course• At least 1 year experience as C&C Staff• Proficient in MS Office• With SAP backgroundSCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:• On site (CBY Head Office)• Temporary Compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.• Original schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.BENEFITUpon Regularization:• Prorated 15-SL & 15-VL (convertible to cash)After ONE year as a Regular Employee:• Quarterly Rice Ration (50 kilos)• Monthly 1 Gallon Oil Ration• P 25,000.00 hospitalization benefit• Dental check-up• P 14,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event the employee dies)• P 6,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event an immediate family dies• Paid training and seminars• Yearly Performance Appraisal
