C&C STAFFRequirement : 1Salary Range : P 18,000.00 – 20,000.00JOB DESCRIPTION:As Admin. Staff, he/ she shall perform administrative task and expected to support multipleexecutives.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Process customer payment and Collection Report• Encoding of payment details is SAP.• Identify payment deduction.• Compute deductions and categorize based on the type of deduction.• Create Daily Summary of Deductions.• Close customer balances in SAP.• Examine supporting documents.• Reconcile balances based on approved Credit Memo-Offset (CMO).• Close customer balances in SAP based on approved CMO.• Handles Bank Transfers, Bank Deposits and PDS.• Maintains filing systems for C&C documents for CR and DPS.• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by theimmediate head.
