Credit And Collection Specialist

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Process customer payment and Collection Report• Encoding of payment details is SAP.• Identify payment deductions.• Compute deductions and categorize them based on the type of deduction.• Create a Daily Summary of Deductions.• Close customer balances in SAP.• Examine supporting documents.• Reconcile balances based on approved Credit Memo-Offset (CMO).• Close customer balances in SAP based on approved CMO.• Handles Bank Transfers, Bank Deposits and PDS.• Maintains filing systems for C&C documents for CR and DPS.• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by theimmediate head.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• Graduate of Business Course• At least 1 year experience as C&C Staff• Proficient in MS Office• With SAP backgroundSCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:• On site (Head Office)• Temporary Compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.• Original schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.BENEFITUpon Regularization:• Prorated 15-SL & 15-VL (convertible to cash)After ONE year as a Regular Employee:• Quarterly Rice Ration (50 kilos)• Monthly 1 Gallon Oil Ration• P 25,000.00 hospitalization benefit• Dental check-up• P 14,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event the employee dies)• P 6,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event an immediate family dies• Paid training and seminars• Yearly Performance Appraisal
