Credit And Collection (Reliever)

Job Description:
Identifies, evaluates aging of accounts, and collects accounts receivables within normal accounting rules & methods with the objective of ensuring proper, timely, and accurate collection and recording of all transactions of the company involving parts, services, rentals, and sales. Collaborates regularly with Account Managers in resolving identified issues concerning past due accounts. Analyzes, reconciles and updates Statement of Accounts of assigned customers. Conducts regular phone calls to customers with outstanding accounts. Collaborates with the FInance Officer and Asst. C&C Manager in setting the district's and own's collection targets. Reviews and assesses semi anually credit limits and terms of existing Rental and Product Support customers vis-a-vis their purchases and payment history. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Commerce, with one (1) year accounting experience in Credit & Collection. Specific Knowledge: Computer literate, Knowledge in accounting systems programs.
