QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduate of any Business course• With background in Account Receivables, Credit and Collection, Billing and at least 2 years Supervisory on the same field is required.• Must be detailed-oriented and with strong analytical skills• Must posses the ability to negotiate effectively• With strong leadership qualities, action, results-oriented and flexible.• Must be proficient in MS Office applications• Proficient in oral and written communication skills• Amenable to work in Makati• Can start ASAPKEY ROLES:- Responsible for the overall management and efficient daily operation of the Credit and Collection Department: - Managing accounts for the purpose of collecting past-due balances; Handling of, as well as management representative in legal cases concerning collections, and will supervise the following direct reports: Credit and Collection Assistant, Credit and Collection Clerk, Credit Analyst, Billing Clerk, Collectors and Meter Reader.LOCATION: Makati CitySALARY: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 ARRANGEMENT: On site reportingNOTE: This is DIRECT hiring / NOT under Agency
