CREDIT & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER
As a Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be at the core of leading the credit and cash management to JTI in Asia Pacific and the Americas.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will directly control all Accounts Receivables (AR) and ensure payments received from Direct Sales Operations (DSO) and Product Sales Representatives (PSRs).
You will lead a group dynamic professionals to ensure reliable results of the team's core services.
You will collaborate hand-in-hand with internal and external auditors to ensure we are compliant to the State laws.
You will ensure adequate and compliance of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to policies and procedures.
You will be dedicating your critical thinking skills and expert advice to O2C-related concerns and inquiries.
YOU ARE:
A college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or any related course
CPA or ACCA-certified with knowledge of accounting principles
Adept in logistics, customer service, and credit management, with at least 5 of work experience in of a multinational company or GBS
Experienced in using SAP and has excellent knowledge in credit management and procedures.
Well-versed with integrated systems (i.e. ERP) and can easily adapt to finance systems.
A good communicator and ambassador with fluency in English
An analytical leader and team player who has experienced managing medium-sized teams for at least 3 years
