Creative Project Manager

Job Description:
Project Manager Wide-out Workforces Inc. are looking for a Project Manager to work with the Data team and manage one of the team’s key initiatives. Our ideal candidate must have a background in business, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and must be comfortable not only with managing a team and a project but also dealing with repetitive tasks.


With the Creative Director, conceptualize, pitch and execute creative concepts for branding clients, websites and as campaigns Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Create comps, storyboards, animations, and other final deliverables as required End-to-end management of each stage of the project life cycle In-charge for meeting the company’s requirements and goals, as well as plan, execute, and monitor projects while along with their target timeline and budget. Direct and supervise the creative team and collaborate with other teams for campaigns or project Work closely with the team to achieve completion of projects. Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least minimum of 2 - 4 years of solid experience Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling Expert in design tools and platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, Etc) Advance skill in motion design tools and platforms ( AfterEffects, etc.) Knowledge in 3D design platforms a plus (Blender, Maya, 3DS, etc) Good understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts and practices Project and team management experience required Excellent written and verbal communication Experienced with planning and process improvement, staffing, coaching and supervision Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Willing to work in Makati City
