Creative Marketing And Events Specialist

Job Description:
Handles, assists, organizes and plans the events of the company Coordinates with suppliers for a seamless project Sources and negotiates with suppliers on marketing materials for special projects and events Looks for collaborations with brands and influencers on certain projects Initiates and Creates marketing ideas on events and coordinates on the implementation Manages, Supports and facilitates the event plan Researches on plans, programs, new ideas, creative trends Identifies opportunities for campaigns that will lead to successful campaigns and events Supports new product development and designs across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback and managing issue resolution. Writes press releases, emails and business letters Writes content and prepares the social media calendar of the company Does product reviews from time to time Implements marketing plans together with the marketing team for a consistent digital marketing message Writes in different formats and styles based on client's needs and target audience Engages, coordinates and builds relationship with social media influencers Other adhoc activities Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate Should have at least 1-2 years working experience in the same background Has a flair for writing and enjoys writing Has an eye for good and quality designs Strong organizational and planning skills Good communication, customer service and presentation skills Excellent problem solving skills Knows how to use Microsoft Office; strong foundation with it is a plus! Pleasing personality Enjoys being creative and follows social media trends Being active in social media is a plus Experience in events marketing is a plus!
