Job Description:
Craft innovative live and digital events and experiences for different audiences Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages Oversee the creative and design requirements, but work hand in hand with sales to develop creative campaigns for our clients Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines Keep the company up to date on what’s new and what’s next, and have strong thoughts on how brands can leverage on trends to attract and engage consumers. Have close collaboration with the strategic planning department, using key strategic insights and research to power campaigns and activations and maximize effectiveness and revenue. Be a gifted and proven leader. Should be able to hone and refine the concepts generated by the team, adding polish and helping to sell those ideas to clients Minimum Qualifications:
Agency experience of at least three (3) years With an understanding of both branding and events Highly creative and innovative Must have keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design Must have good communication and presentation skills Experience in Digital Marketing an advantage
