Creative Designer (Urgent) Home Based Job

• Constantly communicates to Team Leader for new projects and revisions while
negotiating and assessing the deadline to get the clients informed
• Thinks creatively and develop new designs concepts, graphics and layouts
• Performs Quality Checking regularly to ensure clients’ expectations and request are
always reached
• Values teamwork by helping co-designers with projects
• Sends updates to Team leader on a daily basis; explains what are done, in progress and
problems encountered while developing the project
• Gives advice on Team Leader on strategies to reach clients’ expectations
• Makes sure that quality standards are met and company policies are carefully observed
• Creates designs either by hand or using Adobe Creative Suite
• Selects colors, images, text style, and layout
• Promotes usability best practices
• Prepare report daily/weekly
