DIRECT HIRING!Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Chairman & CEO, the CPA Lawyer provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with accounting. The CPA - Lawyer serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts on all matters pertaining to Chairman. The CPA - Lawyer also leads all staff within the office of the Chairman and serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee; organizes and coordinates internal and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The CPA - Lawyer must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven. This position requires an individual who has the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with a background on legal and financial matters, strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The CPA - Lawyer will have the ability to work on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Educational Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in finance, Law, Legal or related course.· Masters in business administration or law degree is an advantage. · Latin honors is a plus · CPA Experience Requirements: • Strong work tenure: 5 to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives. • Must have at least 3 years' experience in an officer/managerial role • Must have at least 3 years' experience in a managing people
