As a Country Product Manager, you will be conducting research and discovery for the local team, working closely with the Regional Product and Engineering team to provide clarity on localized business problems and requirements to facilitate alignment between the Country and Regional Tech team, and ensure smooth execution of feature launches for the Country team.
ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the roadmap for one or more products. Act as an Agile Product Owner to execute this roadmapDefine targets and own success criteria and metricsEngage and challenge stakeholders to surface problems and refine ideas. Complement that with data and research to guide product developmentContinually prioritize feature backlog to make sure we build the right stuff at the right time for the biggest business impact, trading off between tactical and strategic objectivesWork with engineers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile fashion, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequentlyFollow through on new features and initiatives to see that they are operationalized well RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related fieldMin. 3-4 years of product management experience, with a track record of leading Agile dev teams to successfully ship products on web and mobile platformsExcellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skillsFamiliar with modern web architecture, intuitive feel of how complex a given solution might be and what the technical implications are.
