The job is open in 2 locations: Manila and Cebu Qualifications: Industry Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in the gaming/gambling industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. Master's degree preferred. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leadership roles within gaming/gambling companies, with a track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and delivering measurable results. Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with E-Sat's business objectives and position the company for long-term success in the competitive online gambling market. Sales and Business Development: Extensive background in sales and business development. Network and Relationship Building: Extensive network of contacts within the gaming/gambling industry, including key stakeholders, regulators, suppliers, and potential partners. Proven ability to build and nurture relationships to drive business development initiatives and secure strategic partnerships. New Business Development: Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Experience in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with clients and partners to expand E-Sat's market reach and revenue streams. Business Development Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. B2B and B2C Experience: Experience in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) environments, understanding the dynamics and challenges of each market segment. Financial Management: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sound financial management and sustainable growth. Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI. Team Leadership and Development: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and empowering employees to achieve their full potential. Communication and Influence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Experience in public speaking, presentations, and representing the company at industry events and conferences. Understanding of Online Gambling Industry: In-depth knowledge and understanding of the online gambling industry, including regulatory requirements, emerging trends, and competitive landscape. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in technology trends and innovations relevant to online gambling development, including software development, gaming management systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Job Responsibilities: Identifying Opportunities: Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to uncover new business opportunities and market trends. Building Partnerships: Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients to forge strategic partnerships and alliances. Driving Revenue Growth: Developing and executing revenue-generating strategies that propel the organization towards its financial objectives. Talent Development and Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts to recruit top-tier professionals and build a high-performing team. Marketing and Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market positioning, and customer engagement. Identify target market segments, customer preferences, and competitive differentiation opportunities to inform marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and promotions that resonate with target audiences and drive revenue growth.
