Corporate Trainer (30K - 35K)

**Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**:- Develop a schedule to assess training needs- Conduct employee surveys and interviews- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership- Track and compile collected data- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research- Communicate training needs and online resources- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology- Test and review created materials- Maintain a database of all training materials- Instruct employee training and onboarding- Conduct training through new training materials- Review employee performance and learning- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment- Can document processes and procedures when overseeing client training sessions- Create Product Knowledge Tests and maintain its data.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to Php35,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Paid training- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):**Experience**:- Trainer: 1 year (required)
