Corporate Sales Representative

Metalink's Corporate Sales Representativewill have the responsibility of opening up new accounts of land developers, architects and engineers. These Sales people can search in different areas around the Metro and nearby provinces without restriction for their prospects and will have access to online inquiries and postings . They will be directly reporting to the Business Development Manager and will be supported by Sales Coordinators.
Job Description
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contract these and other accounts as assigned.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Identify and resolve client concerns.

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Preferably 3-4 Yrs experience specializing in Corporate Sales or Institutional Accounts Acquisition with proven track record in sales.
Has background in Tiles, Carpets, Kitchens, Lights, and/or Furniture industry
Having proven track record in selling to Institution like HOTELS, REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS, AND CONSTRUCTION FIRM is an advantage.
Good interpersonal skill and good customer service
Strong problem solving skills and analytic skills.
