CORPORATE SALES MANAGERQUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree is a plus•At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets•Strong leadership and team management skills•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities•Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders•Deep understanding of corporate sales processes and strategies•Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends•Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities•Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growthRESPONSIBILITIES:•Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.•Meeting planned sales goals.•Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.•Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.•Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.•Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.•Promoting the organization and products.•Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.•Attending conferences, meetings, and events.•Create quotes and proposals for clients.•Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.•Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.•In Charge in monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.•Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.•Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account Receivable (AR) 60 days past due.•Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.SALARY RANGE:•P30,000 - P35,000WORK LOCATION:•Cubao, QC (Monday to Friday, 1 day WFH)
