Corporate Sales Manager

Responsible for guiding and supervising sales operations to ensure profit growth and realization of sales targets. He / she must be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.Duties and Responsibilities:-Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.-Meeting planned sales goals.-Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.-Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.-Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.-Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.-Promoting the organization and products.-Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.-Attending conferences, meetings, and events.-Create quotes and proposals for clients.-Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.-Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.-In Charge in monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.-Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.-Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account Receivable (AR) 60 days past due.-Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.*Leave credits, HMO, Rice Allowance, Company Uniform, Employee Discount
