Corporate Communications ConsultantLocation: Taguig City, Metro ManilaKey Responsibilities:Define and execute communications strategies for business transformational change programs, aligned with the Change approach.Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions to gain buy-in and explain transformation benefits.Co-create solutions and analyze comms needs in stakeholder meetings.Implement robust communication strategies for new business processes.Assist clients in developing change communications capability and fostering agility.Plan and execute end-to-end communication campaigns, including design, content, and measurement.Strategize and support Change Branding and Communications interventions for diverse stakeholders.Utilize social and digital technologies in change management and communications.Guide Graphic Designers in developing engaging communications for various platforms.Apply Communications Analytics for campaign measurement using digital tools.Coach and mentor junior team members for next-gen comms thought leadership.Innovate and contribute to thought leadership in areas like Social Listening, Cyber Security, Intelligent Automation.Lead or contribute to practice-building efforts, including recruitment, training, and capability development.Support Solution Architects in identifying the right comms solutions within larger transformation opportunities.Collaborate with an international team, including some travel for client projects.Your Experience Counts!Qualifications:Master's or bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations/Mass Communications3-7 years in Internal/Marketing/Digital/Corporate Communications, change management for global organizationsGlobal consulting experience in client-facing comms and strategy rolesEffective management of senior stakeholders in a multicultural environmentExpertise in planning and executing complex communication interventionsExperience in social and digital media campaigns for internal and external platformsCollaboration with Graphic Designers for print, web, social, and digital creativesAbility to understand and articulate business value in enterprise settingsBonus: Experience in ERP, technology transformations, cloud-based implementations, automation, shared services, and cyber security programsForeign language capabilities (e.g., Arabic, Japanese, French) are a plusYour Winning Qualities:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrategic mindsetExposure to Change/Transformation communicationsProficiency in Social and Digital communicationsNatural leader with strong relationship-building skillsTeam player with a global collaboration mindsetDetermined problem-solverDigitally savvy and continuous learner
