Job Mandate: - Build Corporate Brand visibility and awareness aligned with Trinity’s Corporate Direction.
- Areas of Responsibility:

- Design and develop Trinity’s communications program.
- Conduct market research to generate the necessary data as inputs in support of:

- The creation of brand awareness and corporate image
- The Company’s marketing objectives of Growing, Protecting and Diversifying.
- The Company’s Business Development initiatives,

Specific Duties:

I. Corporate Brand Awareness and Reputation

- To promote a positive corporate culture that is aligned with the Shared Purpose and Core Values of the Company while maintaining the integrity of the TIB brand in a timely, organized, well executed and well communicated manner maximizing the use of digital technology.
- Launch and promote a clear Brand Ambassadorship Program for employees to take on when conducting themselves as part of the TIB professional family which includes the following:

- Ensure Branding of the Company’s Corporate Office Attire and Image Guidelines as well Uniform Design and Usage
- Use of the Company’s Logos in all Corporate Identity Materials (such as but not limited to the following examples: Company ID, Calling Cards, Stationary, Letterheads, Computer Wallpapers, Powerpoint Presentation Templates, Brochures, Pull-up Banners, Office Labels and signages, Stickers, Company Vehicle labels, marketing collaterals etc.)

- To facilitate internal corporate events that help enhance company pride, teamwork and loyalty by ensuring that excellence, passion, integrity and courage are integrated into these events working closely with Corporate HROD.

II. Market Research Management

- To conduct, through own effort or through third party research consultants, research work in direct support to overall marketing efforts in the areas of:

- Competitive benchmarking
- Market and Product Positioning
- Identifying Market Opportunities

- To have close coordination with the Marketing Teams concerning:

- Key findings on research output as it affects product and service improvements, market opportunities, competitors’ moves, etc.
- Regularly submits research output to management and the AMG together with specific recommendations and/ or plan of action.

- Designs qualitative and quantitative research plans and methodology (or works with third party research professionals) to generate the information that will contribute to the improvement of products and services, identify market opportunities, ascertain competitors’ movements, and drive marketing and sales campaigns, with the end objective of strengthening Trinity’s market position.
- Interprets data, writes and presents reports, and makes actionable recommendations
- Helps to define the goals of a product or service, and allows marketing and sales management teams to see how those goals address the needs of the marketplace
- Advises the sales and marketing team if on-going marketing campaigns do not meet key metrics and objectives, identifies areas of improvement and proposes immediate solutions
- Establishes strong alignment with the marketing and sales team
- Provides updates on industry trends

III. Communications Management

- Develops and implements information content and communication strategies, including press releases, articles, web and social media management, events, and other opportunities to create and sustain the Company’s desired brand, and share the Company’s products and services that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
- Serves as the Company’s spokesperson to the media and the general public
- Connects and provides creative direction to create marketing collaterals with the in-house marketing and sales teams, external suppliers, design and digital marketing agencies, and vendors
- Responds to communication-related issues in a timely manner
- Responsible for internal communication to all employees by way of distributing executive messages, preparation of presentations as well as conduct meetings with employees to share information that the management wishes to convey.
