Validates accuracy of documents for submission to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Registry of Deeds (RD).2. Prepares budget and request for payment pertaining to title and tax declaration transfer, annotation and cancellation of mortgage.3. Assists Conversion Liaison Officer in the interaction with government agencies particularly Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Municipal Treasurer's Office and Registry of Deeds (RD) in handling title transfers, annotation/cancellation of mortgage and other deeds.4. Assists in preparation of requirements pertaining to title and tax declaration transfer, annotation and cancellation of mortgage.5. Ensures completeness of documents for submission to BIR, Municipal Treasurer's Office and Registry of Deeds.6. Responsible for the notarization of Deed of Absolute Sale and mortgage documents to avoid penalties; ensures that the documents has complete details and signatures including required ID's prior to notarization.7. Assists in making payment of Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), Real Property Tax (RPT) and Transfer Tax.8. Assists the Conversion Liaison Officer to follow-up with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Municipal Treasurer's Office and Registry of Deeds for the status of all endorsed accounts.9. Monitors and coordinates with Accounting and Finance for the payment related transactions.10. Monitors accounts for application of tax declaration on building with TSSU group.11. Endorses to Conversion Liaison Officer the available Manager's Check (MC) for payment to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Local Government Unit (LGU), and Registry of Deeds (RD).12. Responsible for the request for pull-out of Original Title with Finance for accounts due for conversion13. Tagging and updating transactions to NOAH system and as well as excel monitoring file.14. Scanning and archiving of documents for future references.15. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
