Contract Growing Supervisor

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- The day to day management of the farm, including animal husbandry and staff management- Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting on farm operations.- Planning and prioritization of work and managing working hours, authorization.- Ensuring performance, quality, animal welfare and cost objectives are achieved- General maintenance of all aspects of the farm.- Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met- Managing and motivating a team.- Ensuring welfare of livestock and monitor farm conditions.- Perform other functions as management assigned**JOB QUALIFICATION**:- At least 2 years experience in handling Broiler farm operations- Must possess good supervisory, analytical, organizational, planning, leadership, and communication skills (both verbal and written)- Willing to be assigned in any point of Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon- Can start ASAP**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
