Contact Center Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a dedicated and driven Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints- Utilize negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company database- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices- Meet or exceed established performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service- Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced work environment- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications- Reliable internet connection and home workspace- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
