Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our remote team located in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a full-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.3. Utilize company systems and databases to accurately input and manage customer information.4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support.5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in customer interactions.6. Continuously learn and adapt to stay updated on products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.2. Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills to effectively handle various customer situations.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.5. High school diploma or equivalent required.6. Experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus but not required.
