Job Description:
We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Zennya. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing customer support and assistance to our clients in Davao City and beyond. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and efficiency- Solve customer problems and provide solutions to meet their needs- Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery- Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company- Continuously improve personal knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service- Hardworking and dedicated to achieving goals- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet- Strong people management skills to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism- Comfortable working independently from home and managing your own time effectively- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor- Proficient in using CRM software, email, and chat platforms- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools as needed
