Job Description:
Megaworld Corporation is currently seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment- Upholding company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to multitask and work under pressure- Resilient and confident personality traits- Strong teamwork and negotiation skills
