Responsibilities
Review
Business Requirements / SRS

Participate
in user stores creation

Liaise
with BA / TA for requirements related questions

Develop
solution as per requirements

Perform
Unit testing, Fix defects identified in Unit testing

Administration
/ Configuration / Development of HR
Service Requests

UI
Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc

Writing
various Server side scripts using Script Includes using ACLs for controlling
the security mechanism in Service Now

Understanding
and debugging of system logs

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.E
/ MCA / Relevant degree and ITIL framework exposure

IT experience in ITSM space with background in Development,
Design ServiceNow solutions – ITSM modules (IPC, Knowledge, CMDB, Security
operations, Performance Analytics)

Coding
experience in ServiceNow scripting / Javascript / REST / Webservices / Angular JS

Preferred qualifications
ServiceNow Admin / Dev / Implementation
Specialist certifications
