Construction Project Manager

A Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal applicant will oversee managing every aspect of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, while ensuring that projects are finished on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring that all details are properly defined and communicated to all stakeholders. Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality specifications. Coordinate and oversee the efforts of project teams, which include contractors, engineers, architects, and other experts, to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and identify concerns. Manage project budgets by managing expenses, estimating costs, and ensuring that financial goals are reached. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure advantageous terms and high-quality workmanship. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building requirements. Prepare and provide monthly progress reports to top management and other stakeholders. Respond to any disagreements or concerns that develop during the construction process in a timely and effective manner. Create a safe working environment by developing and enforcing safety regulations and standards. Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a similar discipline. Proven expertise as a Construction Project Manager, with a substantial portfolio of completed projects. A thorough understanding of construction techniques, materials, and project management principles. Excellent management, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
