Construction And Engineering Manager

Job Descriptions
A reliable and competent Operation Manager to plan, organize and control the main and support activities related to the project development and construction of houses of the company. He will be responsible for budgeting, organization, efficient implementation and scheduling to meet the targets for land development and construction of the housing projects.

Job Qualifications
Proven direct working experience in construction supervision
Advanced knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Familiarity with construction management software packages, such as, MS Office, data base and information system
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Leadership and human resources management skills
Excellent time and project management skills
BS degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or related field
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, other software related to construction and project management data basis and information systems.
Preferably coming from Real Estate or Construction Industry

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Experience:
construction : 5 years (Preferred)
