• Assist and resolve client-raised conflicts• Conduct conciliation hearings through DHSUD• Resolve disputes and negotiations between clients and the business
Requirements
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent• Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in relevant field• Preferably with 1 year experience in related field (Real Estate, client servicing)• Excellent communication skills• Willing to do field work
