JOB DETAILS:Salary Range: ?30,000 - ?35,000Work Location: ROSARIO, CAVITEWork Schedule: COMPRESSED- Must be a Graduate of any 4-year Management or Business Course, or Psychology- Must have a 3-year Work Experience in a Manufacturing Company- Must have a 2-year Social Auditing Experience- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training is an advantage- Experience as a Safety Officer is an advantage- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Tagalog)- Meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task- Excellent documentation & reporting skills- Above average analytical skills- Effective written communication, with basic knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and E-mail- Excellent employee networking skills- Excellent investigation skills- In-depth knowledge of legal due process administration and analysis- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and the just and authorized causes of termination- Ongoing and updated knowledge of external labor climate
