Compliance Officer

**COMPLIANCE OFFICER****Job Description and Qualifications**:I. **Duties and Responsibilities**1. Oversee and monitor the regulatory compliance, operational risk, financial crime risk functions of Bexpress Inc. ("Company").2. Monitor the Company's compliance with internal policies and applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, listing rules as well as corporate governance3. Act as Data Protection Officer of the Company and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulation.4. Liaise, and nurture a good, clear, and productive relationship with regulators and local authorities on legal and compliance matters.5. Deal with relevant regulatory authorities and external parties.6. Run the compliance department, and ensure that it is effectively performing.7. Create and nurture a work culture which values compliance, and generate compliance champions throughout the Company.8. Assist the HR Officer in conducting anti-money laundering (AML) and other compliance-related trainings for the staff.9. Administer the Company's reporting requirements (covered and suspicious transactions, transactions volume, etc.)10. Perform such other compliance-related duties as may be instructed by the Board.II. **Minimum Qualifications**- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management and/or other related courses- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience as Compliance Officer (preferably with compliance training certifications).- Familiarity with project management and performance management and total rewards programs- Great attention to detail and confidentiality.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Willing to be assigned in Paranaque City, Philippines.- Full time position(s) available.**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:Vaccination Requirements**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Compliance Officer: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
