Compliance Manager

· Education – Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, · Related Work Experience– At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in banking or financing industry the related field is required.· Knowledge – knowledge in Compliance and Anti Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.· Abilities – Communication skills, inquisitiveness, and organized; Must be proficient in basic computer applications. And ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills· Skills –Detail oriented but able to quickly grasp the big picture· Work Environment – Usually perform office related supervision and mostly field activity from time to time.· Physical Demand – (physical work requirements to perform).
