POSITION SUMMARY Handles, processes, coordinates and administers day-to-day human resources operations and services, which focuses on compensation and benefits administrations, payroll processing activities and other assigned duties and responsibilities, in reference and compliance with the company policies and procedures. Likewise, supervises the HR Assistant with the operational processes in terms of effective and timely timekeeping monitoring and administration of employee benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Humanities / Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent;
Post Graduate Studies and/or Master Degree in Industrial / Organization Relations and the like is an advantage.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Above-average decision-making and analytical skills.
Possesses strong organization and leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
Has strong mediation skills to facilitate a constructive approach to deal with conflict;
Knowledgeable about government mandated regulations;
Positive attitude, professional, good work ethics;
High degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
