Company Nurse

?To develop and administer occupational health services in accordance with the company policies, practices, and proceduresDuties and Responsibilities:1.Assures compliance with regulatory requirements to clinical operations2.Keeps medical/health records, equipment, and programs related to Health and Safety3.Evaluates and treats all injuries and illness, and guides/directs all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services4.Gives first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed5.Coordinates with the retainer doctors and accredited hospitals6.Observes and records symptoms and conditions of patients7.Accompanies an injured employee to the nearest hospital in cases of accidents8.Maintains medical and other related records of all employees9.Goes through diagnostic test results and medical certificate to evaluate results (APE/SSS Sickness/Pre-employment/Company sick leave)10.Enrolls candidates for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) on assigned schedules11.Monitors absence pattern especially AWOL and visits employees' homes if needed12. Reports necessary documents to DOLE with regards to health and safety13.Monitors the stock inventory of medicines, first aid kits, and other necessary supplies from time to time.
