Company Nurse

Job Description:
Manages the day to day activities and transaction of company clinic within the Nursing principles and practices with the objective of providing medical services and assistance to all TMs and ensuring the full implementation of all health & wellness programs of the company.


Job Summary:


Provides nursing services to TMs who become ill or suffer an accident in order to ensure TMs well being. Dispenses standard drugs and medicines such as Aspirin and cough or cold tablets, refers contagious diseases or serious injuries to physician in order to facilitate early detection of disease and initiate cure. Maintains TMs medical records such as check-ups/consultations, pre-employment, annual physical examinations and other important health documents in order to assess medical conditions of TM and be able to provide recommendations thru the help of company Physician. Prepares TM PhilHealth Certificate & claim form in order to ensure that TM could claim their Philhealth benefit/discount. Assists in the implementation of company-initiated activities (i.e. Summer Outing, Teambuilding Activities, Christmas Party and First Friday Mass) in order to ensure successful and synchronize implementation. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Nursing. With at least six (6) months experience in hospital or clinical setting. Must be a Registered Nurse. Strong analytical & planning skills, good presentation & presentation skills and excellent problem solving skills.
