Job Description
I. Employee Health
1.Provides assistance on emergency care of first aid to employees of the plant when necessary during his/her shift.
2. Provides basic treatment and procedure like wound dressing, vital signs, medicine administration, etc., during his/her shift.
3.Assists the Health Specialist in maintaining and updating employees health records.
4.Assist the Health Specialist I conducting lectures and programs on health and family planning, responsible parenthood and family welfare.
5.Assist the Health Specialist in coordination with the Team Leaders, schedules Annual Physical Exam of employees and monitors progress of employees in relation to the APE results.
6.Facilitates pre-employment medical examination. Endorses PEME results to Company Physician for final evaluation and discussion.
7.Verifies Phihealth documents (CSF and certification of Remittance) for employees who are admitted in the hospital.
8.Assists Health Specialist on evaluating and filing the medical certificates and accident reports of employees.
9.Assists in reviewing all medicine and hospitalization payments and reimbursement of employees and forwards to HR for processing of payments.
10.Conducts visitation of partners who are three days on leave due to sickness.
11.Assists the company doctor in the performance of his/her duty. Assists In the fitness and health evaluation of personnel.
12.Monitors, maintains and responsible in requesting company medicines and clinic supplies.
13.Monitors and maintains company medicines and clinic supplies.
14.Assists the Health Specialist in proposing and implementing activities/programs related to occupational health and wellness of the company.
15.Assists the Health Specialist in monitoring health conditions of employees performing critical work assignments and in conducting work related rish assessments with health and safety personnel.
16.Assists the Health Specialist in conducting Random Drug Tests on identified regular employees and project based employees as well.
17.Sits as member of the Safety and Health Committee of the company.
18.Conducts daily roving during his/her shift and submits weekly reports to Health Specialist.
II. Company Programs/Initiatives
19.Assists the Health Specialist in preparing for Health and Safety reports as per required by Department of Labor and Employment and other related agencies.
20.Assists in the documentation and effective implementation of GMP procedures and guidelines concerning health.
21.Participates in programs involving improvements and innovations in areas of quality, efficiency, proficiency, safety, sanitation, food safety, environment, waste reduction, sustainability, social responsibility and all other activities of the company.
22.Assists the Health Specialist in checking compliance of third party workers to their annual physical examination.
23.Assists the Safety Committee of the company and Task Force Integrity
24.Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate superior.
