Company Nurse / Executive Nurse

Responsibilities:Develop and implement the resort healthcare service.Provide primary and secondary care to directors, employees, and customersProvide emergency treatment in the workplace.Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.Manage inventory relating to healthcare.Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) relating to healthcare.Create and deliver training related to healthcare and department process.Create/Participate in marketing relevant to healthcare in the resort.Participate in and contribute to regular management meetings.Qualifications:Nursing degree or similarLicensed as a Registered Nurse5+ years experience in nursingExcellent communication and organizational skills
