Company Nurse/Admin Assistant

BMG Outsourcing is currently looking for a **Company Nurse/Admin Assistant **who will be responsible in monitoring employees physical and mental well-being in the workplace. The successful applicant will provide general first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks, and promote employee health.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement health and safety programs.- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.- Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.- Maintain a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.- Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.- Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.- Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.- Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.- Communicate with management on a regular basis.- Attend seminar workshops on First Aid, Stress management and Occupational health, etc.**Job Qualifications**:- Must be a Registered Nurse- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing- at least 2 years of working experience as a Company/Hospital Nurse- BOSH certified (preferably)- With training / certificate in First Aid- With excellent organizational skills- With strong English oral and written communication skills- People-oriented and an effective communicator- Generally able to work with a large team- Applicants must be willing to work in Clark Freeport ZoneSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work on a night shift schedule?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Company / Hospital Nurse: 2 years (preferred)- First Aid: 1 year (preferred)- BPO: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- Registered Nurse (required)
