Responsibilities
Managing inbound email inquiries to the company’s general mailbox.
Monitoring and reporting the daily press coverage.
Measuring and analyzing the impact of campaign activities through performance dashboards that track appropriate metrics and analytics.
Supporting internal and external content development, including editorial calendars, project trackers and award submissions.
Researching, outlining, writing, editing and proofreading communications materials.
Leveraging communication programs, message platforms, assets and channels to support business priorities.
Supporting efforts to ensure messages reach target audiences.
Developing strong relationships with internal clients to provide communications support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, marketing, journalism or related discipline.
1-2 years professional, corporate communications-related experience, preferably in a global, multi-site company.
Strong written and oral communications skills, including copyediting and familiarity with AP style.
Ability to synthesize complex materials and to craft creative, persuasive language and compelling messaging for a variety of global audiences.
Ability to represent Enterprise Communications in a collegial, cooperative and collaborative manner.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of all work.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively on a variety of projects concurrently in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
Proven ability to ensure accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of all work products.
Self-starter capable of assuming responsibility for several tasks at once with little supervision.
Project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Experience with email and content management systems (e.g., Poppulo, SharePoint, Salesforce), as well as Adobe Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) is a plus, but not required
